Clinical Analyst – MN

We are seeking candidates for a full time employee or contracted W2 (consultant) position with our client here in central Minnesota area. This is a long project (3+ years) in central MN, so it will be important for the successful candidate to live in the area or be within reasonable commuting distance.

Required Skills:

- Experience within a healthcare information technology (hospital) environment or knowledge of clinical systems and processes

- Awareness of how, when and to what extent hospital departments relate to and communicate with one another

- Exceptional problem solving skills and a proven ability to work both independently and as a team member

- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

- Must have proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

- Demonstrates ability to present project plans, timelines and expectations to varied audiences

- Word processing, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio and Outlook skills

- Basic understanding of information technology, computer networking and servers
